Ingredients/Sauce Ingredients
• 2 cups peeled and cubed butter nut squash
• 1 TBSP olive oil
• 1 TBSP butter/canola blend
• 2 tsp garlic/sea salt mix
• 1/3 cup garlic parmesan almond slices
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Put cubes of squash into a microwaveable dish w/ cover. Drizzle w/ about 1 tbsp of olive oil & butter/Canola blend (cut into pieces onto squash).
Sprinkle w/ garlic/sea salt blend and cook in microwave (w/ lid) for about 5 minutes or until squash is soft but not mushy.
Remove from microwave and top w/ garlic parmesan almond slices and grated parmesan cheese.
Put in pre-heated (350degree) oven for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and squash is soft.
