You must be a wireless service subscriber with two-way text messaging functionality to enter by text. Please note that your wireless service provider may charge you standard text messaging charges for each text message you send and receive on your cellular phone in connection with this Sweepstakes. (2) Ingles Advantage Card: Use your Ingles Advantage Card when you buy any four packages of KLEENEX® Facial Tissue between 11/1/09 and 11/7/09 and get automatically entered. (3) Mail-in Entry: hand-print your name, age, address (no P.O. Boxes please) and day/evening telephone numbers on a 3" x 5" card and mail your entry in an envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Ingles Get Mommed Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3601, Department R, Akron, Ohio 44309-3601. All entries must be received (or postmarked, in the case of mail-in entries) by 11:59 p.m. CST on November 20, 2009 to be eligible. Mail-in envelopes larger than a standard #10 envelope will be automatically disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person, immediate family, household address, or cellular phone number, regardless of the method of entry. Entries generated by robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or other automated or mechanical means will be void. 3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia, age 18 years and older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of Ingles Markets Inc, its divisions, subsidiaries and independent retailers, Kimberly-Clark Global Sales LLC, and Malone Advertising LLC are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 4. PRIZES: There will be 1 Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will be awarded an $800 spa package at Grove Park Inn® Resort and Spa. Approximate retail value: $800. Taxes, fees , travel expenses, and other expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All claimed prizes will be awarded.

5. WINNER SELECTION: An independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding will conduct prize drawing on or about November 23, 2009. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize listed with equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted by winner. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Kimberly-Clark Global Sales LLC, Ingles Markets Inc, its parent company and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies or employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participation in this sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Winners will be notified by mail or by phone on or about November 30, 2009 and may be required to sign and notarize an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release, which must be completed and returned by the date stated in the notification. Prize will be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit is not so returned or prize notification is returned undeliverable. Where not prohibited by law, winners agree to use of their name and/or likeness in any promotion activities related to this Sweepstakes without further compensation.
