1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to individual, legal residents of AL, GA, NC, SC, TN & VA who are 18 years of age and older. Employees of Alberto-Culver USA, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Ingles, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void outside AL, GA, NC, SC, TN & VA and where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. on 9/7/08 through 11:59 p.m. on 9/27/08, when you purchase any two (2) Nexxus® Salon Hair Care products at a participating Ingles store and scan your Advantage Card, you will automatically receive one entry for a chance to win the Sweepstakes. You may obtain an Advantage Card free of charge at participating Ingles stores. To enter without a purchase, hand-print your name, complete address (No P.O. Boxes), daytime telephone number and date of birth on a 4" x 6" piece of paper and mail your entry in an envelope (no larger than #10 business size) with postage affixed to: Nexxus/Ingles "Romantic Getaway" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 205, Wilton CT 06897-0205 (a "Mail-in Entry"). No photocopied or mechanically reproduced Mail-in Entries will be accepted. Limit: one electronic entry per purchase transaction. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each Mail-in Entry must be mailed separately. All electronic purchase entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT or close of business on 9/27/08, whichever occurs first. Mail-in Entries must postmarked by 9/29/08 and received by 10/06/08. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect Advantage Card data or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due entries/mail or computer system, network, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors failures or delays in electronic transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. PRIZE: On or about 10/09/08, a random electronic drawing will be conducted by a representative of Ingles, from all eligible entries received, to award the following prize: One (1) Grand Prize: a $1,000 gift certificate to the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, Asheville, NC. Gift Certificate use subject to the terms & conditions set by The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa. Advance reservation is required. Accommodations & activities are based on availability. Any other expenses including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the resort, meals, gratuities, incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Gift certificate must be used by the expiration date or remaining balance will be forfeited in its entirety. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000. Additional restrictions may apply. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute, in whole or in part, prize of comparable or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be notified by Express mail and/or telephone. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and Guests will be required to sign and return a liability/publicity release as a condition of travel. If winner cannot be reached after two attempts via phone, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Noncompliance by date specified on Winner notification letter or return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By accepting prize, winner agrees, and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agrees to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Ingles, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services and each of their respective members, managers and affiliates, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims, liabilities or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use/misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Illinois.

5. WINNER'S NAME: Mail a self-addressed, stamped, business size envelope to be received by 10/31/08 to: Nexxus/Ingles "Romantic Getaway" Sweepstakes Winner, P.O. Box 7276, Wilton, CT 06897-7276. Winner's name will be sent after winner has been verified and prize has been awarded.
