Fresh Mango Shake
Here is a recipe that will give you calcium, Vitamin A and Vitamin
C all in the same glass!
Ingredients:
- 1 small mango, quartered, pitted and peeled
- 3/4 cup of Laura Lynn non-fat plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup of Florida Gold orange juice
- 2 ice cubes
Directions:
Using a blender, combine all ingredients until thick and smooth and
then ENJOY!
Makes one serving.
