5 Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red seedless grapes.
- 1/2 cup each peeled, sliced & quartered orange, cubed cantaloupe, sliced
banana & pineapple chunks.
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate.
- 1 teaspoon lime juice or lime juice concentrate.
- 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves.
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel.
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings.
