Barbecue Ranch Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
- 1 large Tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1/4 cup Athenos Crumbled Blue Cheese
Directions:
- Cook and stir chicken in barbecue sauce in skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through. Site in additional barbecue sauce to moisten, if desired.
- Toss greens with tomato and onion in large bowl; top with chicken
- Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
- Makes 6 servings, 1/34 cups each.
