Bacon, Tomato, Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Fresh Express Field Greens
- 1/2 cup bacon peices, cooked
- 12 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup croutons, seasoned
- Your favorite Ranch dressing
Directions:
- 1. Place Greens into a large salad bowl.
- 2. Add bacon, tomatoes, cheese, & red onion.
- 3. Toss & garnish with sliced avocado.
- 4. Just before serving, add croutons.
- 5. Drizzle with dressing.
