Ingredients:

• 1/2 package Fresh Express Italian Blend
• 1/2 package Fresh Express Rivera Blend
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 4 stalks celery, diced
• 1 navel oranges, peeled & cut in sections
• 2 oz Gouda cheese, diced
• 1/2 cup croutons, ranch-flavored
• your favorite creamy ranch dressing

Directions:

• Place greens into a large salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients & toss lightly. Drizzle desired amount of dressing. - Serves 6
