Strawberry Summer Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pint strawberries, stemmed and halved
- 1 tsp fresh mint finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried mint)
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup Daisy light sour cream
- 2 cups of seasonal fresh fruit (blueberries, kiwi, peaches, mango,
bananas, etc)
Directions:
Strawberry dressing - put 1/2 cup of the strawberries (reserve remainder)
into an electric blender and puree. Add mint, honey, and sour cream and
blend until smooth.
Put reserved strawberries and other fresh fruit into dishes, drizzle
with dressing and serve.
