
Scrub potatoes; cut lengthwise into quarters. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, basil and salt into a bowl. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and arrange potato wedges on baking sheet. Brush wedges with oil mixture. Cook-potatoes for 20 minutes and then flip over, continuing to cook until tender and crispy, approximately 20 more minutes. Serve as is or with ketchup.
