Step 1.
Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic, and saute, stirring continuously, 1-1/2 minutes; do not let the garlic burn.
Step 2.
Stir in spinach and cook, stirring continuously, until spinach has wilted, about 2 minutes; remover from heat.
Step 3.
Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 4.
Remove to a serving dish with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
