Lobster Dip

Serves 6


  • 6-8 oz. of cooked lobster, chopped
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • tortilla chips, for dipping


  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil.
  2. Saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add lobster meat, shallot with garlic mixture, softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese and paprika. Mix together well.
  4. Once mixed add mixture to an oven safe dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!.
