  • Asparagus
  • Beets (Pre-steamed and peeled)
  • Lemon
  • Lentils (Pre-steamed)
  • Pepper
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano

 

Instructions

  1. Add asparagus to pre oiled pan over medium heat.
  2. Once asparagus is crispy, add steamed and peeled beets
  3. Once asparagus and beets are cooked add pink himalayan salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons of turmeric and mix
  4. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon to the mixture and stir
  5. Add 1 package of pre steamed lentils to pan and stir
  6. Finally add 2 teaspoons of rosemary and oregano to finish
