Shopping List

Crostini Appetizer

  • 1 bag crostini from Ingles bakery/deli
  • 1 small container of part skim ricotta from the dairy case
  • toppings of your choice from the Ingles olive bar
  • Olive oil and black pepper to garnish/finish

Italian Lady Bugs

  • fresh basil
  • mozzarella cheese
  • cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • black olives from the salad bar
  • balsamic vinegar



Crostini Appetizer

  1. Place crostini on a platter
  2. Spread a dollop of ricotta onto the toasts
  3. Top with favorite olive bar ingredient
  4. Lightly drizzle with olive oil
  5. Top with fresh ground pepper

Italian Lady Bugs

  1. Cut your mozzarella into squares
  2. Place a basil leaf on top
  3. Slice your tomato almost in two, lengthwise
  4. Place the tomato on top of the basil leaf
  5. Place the olive in front as the head
  6. Decorate with a little Balsamic vinegar
