Ingredients
- ½ cup pecans
- 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1 red apple, diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- ½ cup fennel, small dice
- ½ cup Laura Lynn whole fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Laura Lynn honey
Directions
- Toast the pecans on the stovetop by warming a skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, add the pecans. Stir occasionally, and toast until fragrant and golden brown, about 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat, chop roughly, and cool pecans on a plate.
- Toss the apples and lemon juice together in a mixing bowl. Add the grapes, fennel, toasted pecans, yogurt, and honey. Mix well and serve.
