Pumpkin Donuts

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. The batter will be thick.
  3. Place batter in a piping bag, squeeze it into a greased donut tin, and fill it halfway.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes.
