Ingredients
- 12 pieces pumpernickel bread, decrusted
- 12 oz. egg salad
- 12 oz. ham salad
- 4 oz. chive cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup chives, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 slices cucumbers, halves
- 6 radishes, halved
- 1 cup microgreens
Directions
- Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until combined.
- Add one layer of bread and top with egg salad.
- Top with the next layer of bread and spread the chive cream cheese over the bread.
- Add another layer of bread and top with the Ham Salad.
- Add another layer of bread and spread the mayo/cream cheese mixture covering the sides.
- Decorate the cake using microgreens on the sides and tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes for the top.
- Place in the refrigerator for 3 before serving
