Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie

Shopping List

  • 2 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup spinach (or kale)
  • 2 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter (can substitute with Betsy's Best Peanut or Seed Butter)
  • 1 Tbsp oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch sea salt

 

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
